Our Simlarda Country Club Farm is located in Ayvalık, one of the pioneers of hotel management, Berk Otelcilik ve Turizm A.Ş. operated by. We are happy and proud to be a place for vacations full of memories that have been integrated with nature for years with the Tourism Culture and experience coming from the family.
Our farm is located at the exit of Ayvalık, 5 minutes from the center, 10 minutes from Sarimsakli beach and 15 minutes from Cunda Island, on 44 decares of land. In our facility, our Ala Carte Restaurant with an outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, farm animals, Club House, organic breakfast, dinner and Snack kitchen, 2, 3, 4 and 6 m², located in nature among olive trees for accommodation. There are carefully furnished and furnished villas with American kitchen.
We host our guests with Full Board, Half Board and Bed and Breakfast Options. All drinks are extra.
We also have barbecue service in our business. We supply barbecue and coal. You collect organic vegetables from our field and have a pleasant time on your balcony. Our Grill Service is 150 TL.
Our villas have been designed with your every comfort in mind. You can spend a healthy and peaceful holiday with your loved ones and family in our quiet, peaceful and independent villas. Our villas have wireless internet, electric water heater, air conditioner, fire alarm, LCD TV, satellite broadcasts, air conditioning, hair dryer, make-up mirror, work desk, patio seating and mosquito nets. In the kitchen, there are utensils, tea/kettle, fridge, stovetop. Our villa has garden and nature view.
We have a sun terrace in our outdoor swimming pool. Villa, garden and pool cleaning is done regularly every day. There are clean towel sets in our villas. You can benefit from our laundry in our farm for a fee.
We strongly remind you that non-swimmers and pets are not allowed at our outdoor swimming pool on our farm.
Our guests staying at Simlarda Country Club can benefit from the Aquapark, Beach, Sunbeds, and Swimming Pool at our other hotel, Berk Hotel, in Ayvalık for FREE. Our accommodation guests can ride children's bikes and our Pony Horse for FREE.
