Our Simlarda Country Club Farm is located in Ayvalık, one of the pioneers of hotel management, Berk Otelcilik ve Turizm A.Ş. operated by. We are happy and proud to be a place for vacations full of memories that have been integrated with nature for years with the Tourism Culture and experience coming from the family.
Our farm is located at the exit of Ayvalık, 5 minutes from the center, 10 minutes from Sarimsakli beach and 15 minutes from Cunda Island, on 44 decares of land.
BERK'S WETLAND, Ayvalık's first and only AQUAPARK AND CHILDREN'S ENTERTAINMENT CENTER, has been opened in Simlarda Country Club Ayvalık!
Our guests staying at our farm can benefit from our AQUAPARK AND CHILDREN'S ENTERTAINMENT CENTER FOR FREE. BERK'S WETLAND Aquapark and Children's Entertainment Center includes a Children's Aquapark, Adult Aquapark, Slides, Climbing Castle, Children's Bicycles, Playhouses, Canoes, Wild Forest and Snack Bar.
Our guests can also benefit from the VIP Lodge, Daybed and VIP pool in our farm for a fee. Our VIP Lodges have a Daybed, Sea Water Pool, Wave Motor and Jacuzzi. Our guests can benefit from our VIP Lodges daily between 10:00 and 18:00. If you wish, you can purchase VIP Lodge use from the Reception for all days of your stay or for certain days.
In addition, there are children's playground, farm animals, Club House, carefully furnished villas with American kitchen, apartments and bungalows for 2, 3, 4.5, 6 and 7 people, ranging from 50 to 100 m2, located in nature among olive trees for accommodation.
We provide FREE LUNCHES and DINNERS at our farm for our CHILDREN who NEED SPECIAL ATTENTION, such as SMA, AUTISM, LEUKEMIA, and CANCER, who will stay in our farm, provided that information is given before the reservation.
BREAKFAST TIME for our guests staying at our farm is between 08:30 - 10:30!

Our other hotel, located at the seafront on Sarimsakli beach, is 10 minutes away from our farm by car.
Our guests with HALF-PANSION accommodation in our farm can only benefit from the Beach and Sunbeds on the Beach for FREE at our contracted hotel BÜYÜK BERK OTEL in Sarimsakli.

Our villa for 3 people consists of 70 m2, garden floor, park garden view, suitable for disabled guests, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, bathroom with shower cabin, American kitchen and veranda. Our villa has 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom with shower cabin, toiletries, wireless internet, electric water heater, air conditioner, fire alarm, 2 LCD TVs, satellite broadcasts, air conditioning, hair dryer, make-up mirror, work desk, There is a mosquito net and a Garden Seating Group on the veranda.
The kitchen has ONLY kettle, fridge and stovetop. We kindly ask our guests to bring their own kitchen utensils. (Paper cups, plates, forks, knives, etc.) We are kindly requested not to ask for kitchen utensils from our business.
Smoking is not allowed in our rooms and indoor areas, it can be smoked in the garden or patio. You can enter our villa at 14:00 at the earliest and exit at 12:00 at the latest. Our breakfast service is between 08:30 - 10:30.

Our villa is 75 m2, consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, American kitchen, bathroom, veranda and fireplace. 1 double bed, 1 single bed and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, toiletries, wireless internet, electric water heater, air conditioning, fire alarm, LCD TV, satellite broadcasts, hair dryer, make-up mirror, work desk, mosquito net. and there is a Garden Seating Group on the veranda. Our villa is located on the garden floor.
